How to collect your parcel

Use a real, accessible email address when placing your order. Shipping updates, delivery notifications, and pickup instructions are sent there.
Collect your parcel
Once your parcel arrives, you will receive a QR code or pickup code by email. Scan the code or enter it at the locker to open the compartment.
Staffed pickup location
